Typically a few working days after we receive complete details. Every listing is manually reviewed before it goes live.
Can I update my listing later?
Yes. Partnership includes one minor update per month; other tiers can request occasional corrections via hello@lewestown.com.
Do you guarantee leads or bookings?
No. We provide visibility on our guide and directory pages; we do not guarantee leads, sales, bookings, search rankings, or visitor inquiries.
What is contact/email forwarding?
On Visibility and above, inquiries sent via your listing are forwarded to an email address you choose. It is a convenience feature, not a full mailbox or email-sending service.
What is included in the contact form?
Partnership listings include a dedicated inquiry form on the listing page; submissions are forwarded to your nominated address.
What happens if I cancel my Patreon membership?
Listings remain active while the relevant membership is active. If you cancel, the listing is retired at the end of the paid period — you can rejoin any time.
